Pembroke Pines Clean, referred to as “Company,” “we,” or “us,” reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. By booking or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
COVID-19 Disclosure: Customers must disclose if they or anyone in their household are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been exposed to COVID-19, or are under quarantine. Pembroke Pines Clean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services on the grounds of health and safety.
Pets: Customers must inform us if pets will be present during cleaning. Pembroke Pines Clean is not responsible for pets that escape during entry or exit.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours with pictures and a detailed explanation of missed areas. We will schedule a free re-clean within 48 hours.
Re-Cleans: Only areas specified in the initial complaint will be addressed. New requests or additional services may incur charges.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $79 cancellation fee. Lockout or inaccessibility fees are the same and apply if our team cannot gain entry.
Arrival Times: Cleaning teams may arrive within a 1-hour window of your scheduled time due to traffic or unforeseen delays.
Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule services more than 24 hours in advance without penalties.
Move-Out Cleaning: Homes must be empty of furniture and personal items. Extra charges may apply if the space is not adequately prepared. Removal of pet odors is not included. Cleaning inside cabinets, fridges, or appliances requires prior booking and minimal contents in these areas.
Billing: Hourly services are billed at the agreed-upon rate. Customers are responsible for monitoring the time or notifying us if additional hours are required.
Adjustments: Service changes must be communicated via email, phone, or text and are subject to approval.
Payment Policy: Payments must be made in full upon booking. We accept credit cards and online transfers; no cash payments are allowed unless pre-approved.
Pricing Adjustments: We reserve the right to revise pricing based on the condition of the home or discrepancies in the booking details.
Damages: Report any damages caused by our team within 24 hours of the service. Pembroke Pines Clean reserves the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion.
Theft: Customers must secure valuables. Any incidents of theft must be reported immediately.
Limitations: Our cleaners will not perform tasks requiring specialized skills (e.g., grout cleaning or heavy lifting) or work at heights above two ladder rungs.
Access: Customers must provide access to their homes (keys, codes, etc.) before the scheduled service time.
Clutter: Minimize clutter to allow for efficient cleaning. Excessive clutter may result in reduced service or additional charges.
Cleaning Approvals: Customers may approve services via email, text, or in person. Once approved, complaints will not be honored.
Inspections: Our supervisors may inspect the cleaning work to ensure quality.
Privacy: Pembroke Pines Clean values your privacy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located in Broward County. By booking a service with Pembroke Pines Clean, you agree to these terms and conditions.
